Jonathan A. Small

Associate Vice President, Human Resources & Institutional Equity

In 2021, Jonathan A. Small was appointed Associate Vice President of Human Resources & Institutional Equity. Jonathan brings to Tulane 17 years of experience in administration and human resources leadership including roles as Vice President of Administration and Human Resources at Jubilee Housing in Washington, D.C., Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services at Memorial University Medical Center in South Carolina, Vice President of HR at Community Regional Medical Center in Central California, Associate Administrator at Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital, Executive Director of Human Resources/CDO at Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, and System Vice President of Human Resources at University Cincinnati Hospital. Jonathan earned a BA in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Towson University and a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
