As we move forward with the implementation of Oracle Cloud in the WaveWorks! Project, we will be making significant investments in training resources available to Tulane faculty, staff, and student workers. This training resources, which will become more widely available to the Tulane community in 2025, will include live trainings events to try out the software, and asynchronous courses.
 
At this time, for most members of the Tulane community, we recommend the resources below (see links at bottom of page) which provide a helpful overviews of Oracle Cloud and its core components.
 
The learning resources below are hosted by our project implementation partner, Drivestream, in their Drivestream Academy and in some instances by Oracle. In order to access these resources, users first need to create a Drivestream Academy account and possibly an Oracle account. Please see below for instructions.

How to Access Drivestream Academy

1. Navigate to https://info.drivestream.com/tulane-training-portal

2. Enter your details to claim an account

3. You will receive a confirmation email - complete registration and bookmark the site

4. Navigate to the site https://www.drivestreamacademy.com/welcome and login with your username and password.

5. In some cases, Drivestream Academy will point to an Oracle delivered course. You will be required to login on the Oracle site and will also need an Oracle Account.

6. If required (only in some instances) to create an Oracle Account, select create account and complete the account request form with your Tulane details:
