Implementation of a new, cloud-based system for management of human resources and finance at Tulane

• Tulane is embarking on one of the biggest projects at the University in recent years: the replacement of antiquated HR and Finance systems with a new cloud-based solution offering vastly better functionality.
• But this project is not simply a technology project but rather a transformation project to provide the university with best practice processes, capabilities, and skills to improve organizational efficiency and performance. 
• Our goal is to enhance the effectiveness of faculty and staff across Tulane by reducing burdensome administrative tasks, streamlining all our HR and financial processes, and putting relevant data and dashboards at our fingertips, so that we are all better able to focus on our important core mission and objectives. 
• The team is providing project management and change management expertise for the project.
