Rob Hailey

Rob Hailey

Executive Director

In 2021, Rob Hailey was appointed Executive Director. In this role, Rob provides executive leadership, strategic planning, and development and implementation of programs to ensure functional excellence and performance of the Institute. He works collaboratively with Senior Leadership Team members to set and achieve the strategic direction of the institute.

In his 28 years at Tulane, Rob has enjoyed an illustrious career, most recently as the Senior Associate Vice President of University Services, where his responsibilities include oversight of Mail Services, Vending Services, Shuttles & Transportation, and Parking Services, as well as the bookstore, childcare, print & copy services, and other auxiliary units.

In his previous role as the Assistant Dean and Director of the Stewart Center for Executive Education in the A.B. Freeman School of Business, he developed and managed executive programs in Louisiana as well as Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Taiwan, and China. Rob also serves as an adjunct professor of marketing at the School of Business where he teaches a senior level marketing course titled “Relationship Marketing,” as well as a freshman seminar course on management and leadership.
