EPM (Budget & Planning) Support
We’re excited to announce that Tulane’s new Budget Development System (BDS) in EPM is now live! BDS replaces Anaplan as the university’s primary platform for developing, viewing, and managing your current and planned budgets—including detailed labor distributions.

What's Has Changed?
- BDS in EPM is your new destination to view your budgets and labor distributions for FY27 and beyond.
- Anaplan has been retired. All budget development activities will now take place in BDS within EPM.

ERP & HCM Resources
As part of WaveWorks, account strings have changed. To help you navigate the new format:
- Need to convert an account string? Use the Crosswalk tool (VPN access required) to translate between legacy TAMS account strings and the new WaveWorks account strings. You can also search by Organization or TAMS GL account number.
