All WaveWorks Modules Live! Your Support Resources

We did it! After 3 years of preparation, design, configuration, testing and enhancements, all modules within HCM (HR), ERP (Finance), and EPM (Budgeting) are live. This success is a testament to the efforts of hundreds of Tulane colleagues. Well done all!  

Such a migration of legacy systems to the cloud is truly a huge undertaking, and one of the most challenging projects for any organization. And this transformation affects all faculty, staff, and student workers.  

Our functional department colleagues are hard at work on fixes which have been identified and on service requests from our users. Thanks to all for your patience as we work through them!

So what support resources are available for you? Quite a few! This includes in-person drop-in support rooms Uptown and Downtown, quick reference guides, advice on key processes, support links, zoom office hours, recorded and live training, and more!
