Crosswalk Look-Up Tool (TAMS to WaveWorks)
As part of WaveWorks, account strings changed. There is a new easy-to-use tool called the Crosswalk (must be on Tulane's VPN to access), to translate your account strings effortlessly between the legacy TAMS format and the new WaveWorks structure.
On this interactive tool you can enter one organization number to get all of the projects associated with that org. You can also enter the TAMS GL account number to get the new string (org number not required).
Per Diem Calculation Form
This is the form for expense submission when using per diem, which needs to be completed and attached to the expense report. It calculates amounts based on your inputs.
