March 20 - WaveWorks HCM (HR) is live!

HCM support will be available starting Friday, March 20th:

 

First Time Set-Up

TO ACCESS WAVEWORKS: navigate to Gibson, click on the link for WaveWorks and login using the Single Sign-On Button.

To configure your account, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Your Language
    1. Click your initials on the top right-hand corner of the WaveWorks homepage.
    2. Select “Set Preferences”
    3. Select “Set Knowledge Local”, then change set language from None to English – United States
  2. Review Your Personal and Emergency Contacts
    1. Navigate to the "Me" tab in WaveWorks
    2. Go to Personal Details to review you information
    3. Go back to "Me"
    4. Click on Family and Emergency Contacts
    5. Confirm contacts and update as needed

Departmental Software

In some cases, with the update at Go-Live to the Active Directory (our internal employee directory), departmental software may require updates to the application log-in information. If this occurs, please view the guidance
