March 20 - WaveWorks HCM (HR) is live!
HCM support will be available starting Friday, March 20th:
- Call the Helpdesk: 504-988-8888; press option 2
- Join a support Zoom room from 7:00am-6:00pm, Monday - Friday
- Submit a service now ticket
- You can view instructions on logging in using facial authentication
First Time Set-Up
TO ACCESS WAVEWORKS: navigate to Gibson, click on the link for WaveWorks and login using the Single Sign-On Button.
To configure your account, complete the following steps:
- Select Your Language
- Click your initials on the top right-hand corner of the WaveWorks homepage.
- Select “Set Preferences”
- Select “Set Knowledge Local”, then change set language from None to English – United States
- Review Your Personal and Emergency Contacts
- Navigate to the "Me" tab in WaveWorks
- Go to Personal Details to review you information
- Go back to "Me"
- Click on Family and Emergency Contacts
- Confirm contacts and update as needed

Departmental Software
In some cases, with the update at Go-Live to the Active Directory (our internal employee directory), departmental software may require updates to the application log-in information. If this occurs, please view the guidance.
