Wow, it’s already been several months since we at Tulane went live with WaveWorks! Hopefully, as users, we are all becoming more comfortable with navigating the platform, in HCM (HR), ERP (Finance), and EPM (Budget and Planning). But, of course, changing over to a new system is a major endeavor and our colleagues in these areas and in IT and Project Management continue to make enhancements to the platform and add support resources.
Your first port of call when you need help navigating this new system? The WaveWorks website!
Using the menu across the top of the page (and drop-down menus) you’ll find resources like:
- Support for HCM, ERP and EPM, including Quick Reference Guides
- Links for Training with upcoming courses and a link to request a dedicated session for your school or department
- The schedule of In-person Support Rooms on your campus, and
